Meghan Eldred-Woolsey
Meghan Eldred-Woolsey received her Bachelors of Music Education and Masters in Choral Conducting from Michigan State University and is in her seventh year as Artistic Director for Sistrum, Lansing Women’s Chorus and seventeenth year of directing the DeWitt High School choirs. Under her direction, DeWitt choirs have been selected to perform at the Michigan Music Conference, the ACDA Michigan Fall Conference, and the Michigan Youth Arts Festival, and Sistrum has performed at the Lansing Women’s March and the 2018 and 2023 Sister Singers Network Festival. In addition to directing the DHS musicals, Meghan is an avid director and performer in the Lansing Theatre Community. In 2017, Meghan received the Greg Reuter Award for Excellence in Musical Theatre Education and in 2020, she was chosen to direct the TTBB Michigan School Vocal Music Association’s State Honors Choir.
